Family stories

Living Stories offers an insight into the people you care about.

Increasingly we are interested to know where we came from and how we came to be who we are. By understanding our past and our key influences, we understand ourselves better.

Families have commissioned Living Stories to make films about grandparents and parents who have passed away. By talking to their brothers, sisters, spouse, partner, sons and daughters, their memory is kept alive. Other films have been created to celebrate special achievements of an individual, for instance the awarding of an OAM, or for a significant birthday or anniversary.

Whatever the purpose, Living Stories are “conversation starters” that reveal little known incidents and observations.

Before we make a Living Story we talk to everyone involved to understand the reasons behind telling the story. Living Stories become precious over time as they capture the stories and memories of loved ones for generations to come.
